Mill Leat self catering holiday accommodation lies in the picturesque rural village of Nancledra, between Penzance (5 miles) and St Ives (3 miles), in West Cornwall. It was originally a row of 3 cottages, but is now a detached residence offering private newly refurbished accommodation for two people on the ground floor, with the owners [Richard and Sally], occupying the top floor.
Mill Leat is the perfect place to relax away from the bustle of St Ives yet within 3 miles of the town centre with its wonderful beaches, galleries and many restaurants.
Private parking is available for one medium sized car on the drive behind the property. Larger vehicles are able to park in the village car park across the road on a first come first served basis.
The local bus service stops outside Mill Leat with buses to St Ives {3miles} and Penzance {5miles} This is extremely useful in high summer when parking is at a premium in St Ives.
There is no shop in Nancledra, but there are two farm shops nearby, and the nearest supermarket is in Carbis Bay, a 10 minute drive away.
